February 11, 2010 Hi Denis, I just wanted to tell you that we received the wedding video today (we probably would have gotten it yesterday, but our mail person didn't bring the mail because it snowed).  We are so happy with it. You did a great job, and we really appreciate all of the hard work you put into it. We loved seeing the ceremony again, and we especially loved the Reflections part of the DVD.  This is definitely something we will treasure for years to come!  Thank you also for getting it to us quickly - we will be able to show it to Heath's grandfather tomorrow. In all of the stress of planning, the videography was one aspect I did not have to worry about. He even helped us to set up a special webcam so that my grandma could watch the ceremony real time from home. From planning all the way through to receiving the DVD, he was so informative and reliable. The video was PERFECT! Such a crystal clear picture, and such a flawless depiction of the ceremony. The video itself was above and beyond what we expected. The technology was amazing with some of the added touches they provided on the video. He actually added music, sound, wedding pictures, and computer images to make the video more like a movie (fun without dull boring parts). We kept in touch with the details of the video and he catered to my needs. He also gave me a sample video to watch with my family where we could fix anything we didn't like. The best part about the entire experience is that I got the quality of a beautiful fairytale weding with service speedy! I recieved my video within a few months after the wedding!!! I got married in September 2006 and cannot get over how awesome our videos are!! With special effects and incredible footage, the story of our special day is relived again and again everytime I watch it. I have since then moved out of state, but I have not forgotten this amazing experience. The videographers were very respectful to me, my groom, and to all my guests! I could enjoy my special day without feeling like a camera was in my face everywhere I went. In fact, Enchanting Video Productions outdid my photograher (well, really put them to shame) and had a great package price!!! This is a real live testimony and I still think my video is the best after 3 years! And after watching my friends' videos, mine was...no question...THE BEST! AWESOME!! USE ENCHANTING VIDEO PRODUCTIONS!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! We are moving back to OHIO and I will recommend them to EVERYONE!! Many of the guests that I spoke with weeks after the wedding did not even know that I had a videographer there. His lights were not bright nor blinding. Denis added wonderful touches to our video that I was not expecting to make it much more special. The sound and lighting came out wonderfully. I have watched in many times and my mother-in-law watches her video every Sunday. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you so much Denis for letting me remember my special day everyday.
